Hazel Holt is a registered Medical Herbalist based in the Shooters Hill area of Greenwich, Southeast London. Oxleas Herbal Apothecary is an inclusive clinic dedicated to helping people of all genders and ages with their health issues.

What is Herbal Medicine?

Herbal Medicine is medicine made from the whole plant (roots, leaves, flowers, seeds) and has been used by Humans across Africa, Asia, The Americas and Europe for thousands of years. Western Herbal Medicine focuses on both the traditional use of herbs as well as the most recent scientific research.

Herbal Medicine can help with lots of health issues from chronic (long term) to acute (sudden onset) including skin conditions, low mood, anxiety, poor sleep, depression, bowel/gut problems, problems with periods, peri-menopause and joint pain.
